If there was no death the world would get so crowded we could not support life. All natural recourses would deplete so fast. There would be eternal pain for those who are ill.

Bugs, insects and beetles would swarm and you couldn't walk somewhere without breathing them in.

Forests and parks would overgrow with nothing could stop them.

So in a way, death supports life.
