Golden waves of heat eating up the forest,

Leaping faster than a nimble squirrel from tree to tree,

A creature far surpassing time,

From sparking embers it is set free,

It blazes onwards an unstoppable force,

Snarling and hissing as it feeds,

Engulfing all in it's quest for destruction,

Seeking the parched wood it desperately needs.

Roaring and spitting,

A beast so un-tame,

It sends animals scurrying,

With a tail made of flame.

It barks and snaps with fiery jaws,

Howls and yowls with flaming bite,

It walks and stalks on blazing claws,

It burns forever in the night.
