He has given us morning, brightness and sun
He has given us laughter to share with everyone
He has given us rainbows and flowers
He has given us songs to sing-along with dear ones
He has brightened our day
In a different new way
He has listened to our prayers
He has fulfilled our hearts with wonderful joy
As the moon and stars look down on me at night
I can see above that beautiful sight
As I lay there thinking
As my mind is full of thoughts of wonder
He has given us peace and hope
As some will try to enjoy but others will destroy
He gave us many colors
To unfold and behold.
