Ian
"What?" I asked, genuinely confused. "What are you talking about?"
He swallowed, his Adams Apple bobbing up and down. I felt my throat, I kind of had one but not really.
"I think I love Alyssa."
Rich and I stared at Carlisle in disbelief.
"Excuse me?!"

Alyssa
I was in Ians car, driving, Frankie beside me, playing her iPod. "So," Frankie started, not looking up from an app. "That Carlisle guy? He's kinda cute."
I groaned. "I'm dating Ian. And I love Ian."
"Ughhh," she moaned, annoyed. "Ian is never going to take a relationship seriously, I mean look at him! He doesn't even look like the kind of guy who would."
"Frankie," I stopped her. "I dont like Carlisle.. I think."
"Exactly! You think. I'm telling you Alyssa, here's your sign."
At this point, we were at her house, and she hopped out of the car, running into the house.
I pulled out of the driveway, and my head was flooded with thoughts, more than usual. I loved Ian, but was it true he couldn't take a relationship seriously? But I know nothing about Carlisle, and besides, I LOVED Ian....
I stopped, angry at myself. Was I seriously thinking about that? No, even if Ian couldn't take things seriously, I wouldn't regret anything. And I meant that...
I was at Ians now, and I decided to say hi and maybe hang out before I went home. I shut his car door and tucked the keys in my pocket, going up his porch stairs. Oh great, Carlisle's in there with him. I opened the door and stepped into the livin room to hear Ian say "Excuse me?!", full of annoyance, and disbelief.
All three looked up at me. "Whatcha talking bout?" I asked casually.
