Now I'm a lover of celebrity gossip. I can't get enough of what the rich and famous are getting up to. What they are doing, what labels they are wearing, who they are sleeping with and what trouble they are causing. A good old affair can last for months in the media. Everyone can have a say by posting comments about people they know nothing about! Online newspapers give the public a voice to judge those they do not know.
I now turn to my friends, the not so rich and famous. The ones who sign up to Facebook and Twitter. They are no different to that a mad man hiding in a bush with a long lens camera. They will catch you at your worst, doing something you shouldn't and will expose you on Facebook quicker than you blink.
Everyone feels sorry for Kate Middleton's breast being exposed to the world yet apart from being a Royal what makes you so special!:) I know how she feels, her world and mine are very different but somewhat the same. Her audience is much larger than mine, difference is she isn't likely to see them at work like I am.
Technology means one device nowadays. The iPhone. It will/has taken over this world. Apps on tap, Internet on the go oh and a video camera with 8 mega pixel clarity. The only thing people need to expose everything about you.
I witnessed a friend the other day take a photo of her friends ex boyfriend kissing a random girl, she took the photo, updated it to her profile with her comments and then made 3 calls to spread the word quicker. Within 3 minutes of this personal moment his whole circle of friends knew and so did his ex girlfriend.
I couldn't help but feel sorry for this man, no one is safe anymore. Your personal life is over. Just because you are not rich and famous does not mean you are not famous in your own little world. Be safe out there guys, be on your best behaviour and stay clear of anyone who owns an iPhone.
