Tiny, cute little babies, I have been waiting for you for ages, Thinking of your colours and personalities too, And now I can finally see you! Watching you grow these last two weeks, And wondering which one of you I will keep, All of you gorgeous with those little paws, Soon you will be climbing my doors! Your eyes now open, the most beautiful blue, We didn't have a clue you were due! Watching you start to walk and explore, Smiling because all of you I adore! Black, tabby and white I can't wait to see you all playfight, And after all this long, slow wait I sit and count you all - eight. So sleep little ones for its getting quite late, Drift off into a nice dreamy state. While I sit and watch you dream away, Only a few more weeks and we can play.
