Chapter 10
The day went by fast. I was going around in the house, remembering me all alone last year. Then I went to the beach and watched the sunset. I left Jake alone. I had nothing up say to him. He was something, I knew that. But I had to made the decision. Did I want him in the house?
The sun was on its way down. And the color of the sky turned from orange/red to a darker shade of blue. I sat on the sand wondering if I would do a mistake if I let Jake go.
" hey...". He sat next to me. Too near, if someone random saw us they would probably think we were a couple. His shoulder brushed mine and his hands were next to him.
" hi". I answered as I gave him a quick look. He was good looking, with his brown hair, body and green eyes. I wanted to look more. To see in his eyes and tell him how my heart was-
What was I thinking? I couldn't possibly feel that way for a guy I just have met! He smiled and his eyes moved to the water and the soon to get darker sky.
" what a nice place, don't you think? It's beautiful". I said to break the awkward silence.
" you are beautiful". He said while he looked me in the eyes. He came closer. I gave in and came closer to him as well. We kissed, it was a sweet, yet fast kiss. He wanted to kiss me another one. And so did I, but I pulled away to ask a question. He must have understood it in the wrong way. He looked at me and gave me a smile. Then he kept on looking at the sky.
