In chill morning air under Christmas lights as the town sounds rose and shops were opened, a few hundred heads bowed for peace on earth and goodwill to men. In the place bomb winds blew and bullets flew, where flags are beset and death is a threat and fires are set, and even words are a torture a quiet ring of faces looked outward, upward, and clasped in fellowship, chose again; peace.
