I gazed at the beautiful butterfly,
With its detailed, delicate wings,
It flutters round gracefully ,
It was one of those magical things.
It landed lightly on my hand,
It was so soft and sweet,
It lay still and silently,
Treating my hand as a seat.
Soon enough, it flew away,
It's body slim and sleek,
It had looked so beautiful,
The butterfly humble and meek.
