I watch the weather change again,
Clouds chase across the sky,
Temperamental kind of day,
The weathers race on by.
Another bout of reckless rain,
A flash of yellow sun,
A glimpse of air, no sun nor rain,
Before dawn has yet begun.
A marathon of elements,
A test of strength and might,
It carries on all of the time,
Be it day or night.
Rain and rain and rain and rain,
Mist and mist and mist,
Sickly sun with sallow light,
Fog punching like a fist.
Autumn's time of weather wars,
A time of light and dark,
With a lead up to winter's wrath,
Autumn wants to leave its mark.
