Fasten Your Seatbelt

Fasten your seatbelt,
The sign did say.
Their hand's been dealt,
You better pray.

Explosions went off,
Fires ablaze.
Now we're aloft,
It's the end of our days.

Down we come,
At breakneck speed.
Makes us numb,
Prepare to bleed.

Beautiful sea,
Through puffy clouds.
Count to three,
Life cast in shrouds.

So I've never really written poems before, but I'm giving them a try seeing how popular they seem to be here. This is like the 5th poem I've ever written, so sorry if it isn't too great, I didn't spend too much time on it hahah :D
