It was funny. Not the funniest comedy I've ever seen, but it had some quite entertaining scenes.
Well, the movie is basically about three guys that really hate their bosses and they decide to kill them. Ha ha, I know the feeling; wanting to kill your boss. I once worked in a pet shop and my boss there were really horrible!
Anyway, this movie isn't something I'm likely to watch again. But if you like predictable and silly comedies I recommend Horrible bosses. Like I said; there are some funny scenes.
P.S. I didn't kill my boss, I just quitted and got another job.
