Truth Hurts
Part Twenty Five
-----------Lisa's Point Of View-----------
"And that is why you should never try to mix two items that will cause an explosion." Mr. Wid said to the class.
His hair was blown backwards, his consequence for trying to mix the ingredients.
I smiled and jotted down some notes.
A note landed on my desk.
I looked up and saw my friend, Katherine, motioning towards the note.
I opened it, expecting to see a, "You're so stupid," or a "You're messed up."
But instead it said, "Good thing the witch got what she deserved. Heard that her nose is broken. Way to go!"
See, this is why Katherine was my best friend.
I smiled and was going to write an answer, but Mr. Wid came to my desk.
I quickly hid the note.
"What's this?" he asked.
"Just notes. Would you like to see them?" I asked politely.
He checked over them.
"Very good Miss Lisa, impressive." and Mr. Wid walked away.
I sighed, and turned to look at Katherine.
She grinned, and I just had to let out a small giggle.
I turned to my right, where Christopher sat.
He was shaking his head slightly, smiling a bit.
I smiled and turned back to look at Mr. Wid, who had somehow managed to tangle himself in ropes of our last science project.
I laughed, as did the rest of the class.
"Now class, this isn't as funny as it seem- ah!" he said as he fell down.
I got up and went to assist him.
Working quickly, I had him freed in seconds.
"Thank you, Miss Lisa. Now please, take your seat."
I nodded and went to go sit on my desk.
But, I saw some note on it.
I looked at Christopher in confusion, but he shrugged his shoulders, as did Katherine.
Curiously, I opened it.
"SLUT" was written in it.
I sighed and crumpled it up.
The bell rang for fourth period, so I gathered my stuff.
But I had a bad feeling in my stomach, in a weird way.
I tried to shrug it off, but it kept bothering me.
I looked up, only to gasp out loud.
