Life Is But A Dream (Messing With A Classic Lullaby)

Venturing off in a starlit sea

Scurrying around for lofty dreams

The signs of disaster is ignored

When looking out for a glistering shore

And through the trials we persevere

Though somedays we are unaware of what happens from here

The wave thrush the vessel from side to side

But steady on do we ride

It could be the bleakest of nights, without any sort of light

But yet we'll go on till the goal is in sight

So row, row, row your boat, gently round the stream

Because sooner or later we'll be aware that life is but a dream
