Back To School #4

Thursday. I'm gonna make this one brief too because I'm tired.

My first lesson today was English. We annotated another poem. It was 'Flag' by John Agard. It's my favourite poem so far. Nothing really happened in English. It was quite boring.

My second lesson had to be science. We were going over Ions and Ionic bonding, this was because our whole set of topics have changed due to the school ruining our year. last year they cancelled our Science grades because they decided to change the exam board. Well whad'ya know they've done it this year due to some other classes doing terrible in their ISAs. Another strange thing about science is that my teacher is so gullible. She had set a really really short homework yesterday and I had forgotten to do most of it. I showed her what I had done and she asked why, claiming it was a simple five minute task. I gave a reason, not an excuse, a reason which was that I was helping my mum in church and I got home late last night. She doesn't know my mother isn't a strict Christian.

My third lesson was History. Ms gothic-construction-worker (You'll get that if you've been keeping up with these terrible blogs) or Ms Clifton did the same thing as Tuesday. She mentioned homework and said certain names. She wanted to see mine and Max's Cold War revision notes. We didn't do it and claimed he came around to my house the day before and we revised. She actually believed us.

My last lesson was maths. Nothing interesting happened at all. We just did a January 2012 IGCSE paper in preparation for the exam we have on may the 11th & 17th.
