I make you feel so insecure,
I know your secrets,
You're not pure,
I know what you do when alone,
In monotone,
I claim your home.

With just a single simple word,
I can condemn you,
So I've heard,
I know your deepest, darkest fear,
When I draw near,
You disappear.

I know where you inflict the pain,
I know the train,
You know the game,
I know how you attempt to hide,
The secret life,
You can't confide.

I am the darkness in your mind,
Now look behind,
I'm what you find,
I know the way you do your do,
Your little lies,
For I am you.
