Singing
Singing is easy, Almost like breathing, Fill your lungs, Then weave your own tune. Notes are not needed, Just what makes sense, Follow your head, It will make it less nonsense.
Happily Ever After.......it's so Once Upon a Time :)
Singing is easy, Almost like breathing, Fill your lungs, Then weave your own tune. Notes are not needed, Just what makes sense, Follow your head, It will make it less nonsense.
Mummy thank you, Keeping me safe and warm, All curled up here, From the world's harm. I hear your voice, Laughing, singing, Deciding which is the right choice, Can you feel my heart beating. Mummy...
The door closed with a creak, And shut behind me, A monster to greet, All shadows and hairy.
Darkness welcomed, With the coming of the moon, Stars befriended, Our dreams end soon, Night has beauty, Majority missed, Owls on duty, Midnight kissed.
They say love is blind, This must be true, For how couldn't I see, The darkness enveloping you. Your eyes twinkle, Your smile contagious, Your negatives seem little, Your kisses outrageous.
With the passing of time, Mirrors bring lies, While age bring lines, Oh it has seen my cries. Lived years a plenty, Happy and sad, I feel like I am twenty, Never old or aching bad.
When you first came, A hindrance, Now that you've grown, An annoyance. You were always seen, As cute, While they wished I, Was mute. You get to sit, Do nothing, I have to run, Always busy.
Excitement brewing, I feel the butterflies, Smile erupting, A twinkle in my eyes. Fixing my hair, Though strands protrude, I really care, Why is there no hair glue.
Death comes for one, She comes for all, A hand outstretched, Answering the souls call. Though Death too, Is one who knows, Taking each on a journey, To the river of souls.
From three words, I love you, A combination of worlds, A story of us two. You smiled, With a simple question, Shock to the system, An answer I nearly forgot to mention.
I let the harmony, Lift my spirit free, Allow my fingers dance along, To create a symphony. Major or minor, Notes twirl and sing, It begins to get louder, Climax to a cacophony.
Come here to Springfield, Homer is my name, All of us yellow, Lying on the couch is how I play my game.
Goodbye is not forever, Is what you said to me, As you close the door behind you, A distant memory.
I know my poems are nonsense, I can feel you roll your eyes, But I also want to put in print, What I feel inside.
Oh if you look at him, I bet you cannot see, His laugh brings a double chin with wrinkles that wink.
We give a sneer, Never a smile, With us drama can appear, A story can last awhile. Once upon a time we enter with, Happily ever after we always miss, We wish to be that hero to give Snow White a kiss.
Eyes that are piercing, why do you look at me. Even in the shadows I feel them linger, Lips as they brush off me, bring shivers.
All I see is darkness, Where can I find light. Here it is full of bleakness, I want to also smile bright. Maybe I was cursed, Did I prick my finger. I hid tears ready to burst, Your remarks linger.

Wishes can be tricky even a little bit sticky, They require both Knicks and knacks, Loads of sugar, Even more snacks.
Can you hear the distant shrieks. Or would you call them cries. For I relive them in my dreams and hear them when I close my eyes.
Beautiful words love to tell a story, come to life page by page, change chapter by chapter but sadly will come to an end..
