Life is too short
People are too critical
Hold your head up high
Instead of being cynical

Life for today
As if it's your last
Don't be a hypocrite
And try to dwell on the past

Here today gone the next
That's some people's story
Living in the negative
Instead of living for glory

I don't wish to live
And take things for granted
I want to cherish every moment
While the world's view is slanted

I want to laugh til I cry
Every chance that I get
Make my life decisions
And never regret it

Life is too short
May be just a cliche
But sadly some people
Don't live their life that way

They take things for granted
Don't say I love you enough
Get down in the dumps
When times get a little tough

I'm not being judgmental
We're all guilty of this
But for once just take the time
To enjoy the pure bliss

Don't be afraid to say I love you
No matter what the other thinks
Cause you could be here today
And gone tomorrow in a blink

Life is too short
Time is too wasted
So live for today
Before you're on a poster, pic pasted...

R.I.P to a young girl who lost her life in a car wreck... Didn't know you at all but you're missed regardless

So why not take the time to write down what cannot be spoken for fear of causing quarrels and agonizing pain. I would much rather let the words flow from my heart without a second thought as to what someone may think.
