The Experiment: 3

Chapter three: The weapons room.

I did it. I opened the strange metal door. I don't think those are dreams I've been having, I think they're real, it's a part of me can just detach itself from my body, and walk around without being seen or heard. Pretty exciting.

Anyway, I was shocked and surprised when the door swung open. First of all it was freezing. Icy mist swirled about the place, freezing whatever it touched. The room was average size. Not too big, not to small. With shiny metal shelves lining each wall. On the shelves stood an assortment of knives, huge guns, strange floating orbs, and jars filled with a sort of green fire. There were tags attached to each object, but the writing was in a strange language I couldn't read. There was this one sword that really caught my eye, it's like I was drawn to it. It was solid gold, except for this one red crystal set into the hilt, which was glowing slightly. I was mesmerised. How did it get here? Who owned it?..
Then disaster struck. It was swinging it around about, when I noticed I wasn't very transparent anymore. I was becoming solid, like I actually teleported into the room. I dropped the sword and ran to the door, but that just set of the tiny invisible alarm system, making matters worse. Alarms were blaring in my ears, before I knew it, everything went black.
