If I could bottle up the sea breeze I would take it over to your house and pour it loose through your garden.
So the hinges on your windows would rust and colour, like the boats pulled up on the sand for the summer.
And your sweet clean clothes would go stiff on the line and thereβd be sand in your pockets and nothing on your mind.
But time is like the ocean, you can only hold a little in your hands.
So swim before weβre broken, before our bones become black coral on the sand.

@waynedoz Alas, I'm afraid I can't take credit for this one, but it is a beautiful and has got to be one of my favourites :)
This is really lovely :) Can I suggest however that if you post things that aren't your own work you put a little reference below it to who originally wrote/said it. Doesn't need to be a huge deal, just think it's only fair to the composer & also other opuss users who are working hard to write and/or support original material.
@brownowl2012 Totally agree, that's why I felt the need to mention it in the comments. And sometimes I forget that not everyone knows of songs that I do!
Reine))) You like surrealism and I am poet-surrealist))) You are good author but why you don't want to read my poems?)))))
Brilliant, just simply brilliant. It's also given me the idea of distilling vapours and smells and putting the remains in aerosols. Like freshly cut grass deodorant.
Bored cause I'm going to school but it feels like I'm there 24/5 @Reine . I also think ur a great writer!! (:
