Remember that quote... From Trainspotting?
Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, Choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players, and electrical tin can openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol and dental insurance. Choose fixed-interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisure wear and matching luggage....etc.
Well ... I'm going to rewrite it for the new millennium :)
Choose life, choose an education, choose a good job, choose being a boss, choose intelligence, choose an imagination, choose dignity, choose pride, choose the right things, choose respect, choose morality, choose decency. Choose more than material things.
When I wrote that... The word choose started looking completely wrong. I wish I could say that so the kids I teach would listen.
