'The Collector'
A guy who kills off prostitutes to collect certain body pieces. Leaving a small c carved into their flesh. He carefully looks after each part. Ticking off each organ as he gets it. He has a reason for needing them... He dreams of the day he gets them all. Heart, check... Lungs, check.... Can he get them all before the police catch on?
Not sure if i'll ever get round to writing it. But it's all there in my head.

My rib cage imploded. My bones shattered. And my heart broke. She was gone. Safe... But gone. From this world, and from any other. She was safe now. And I was happy for that.

I left them all behind. I left my mother behind, and I left my father behind. It was just me now, alone in the wide world that has come to be known as earth. But I seeked more than the Earth.
My head was spinning, my mouth was dry, and to top it all off, I was naked. My clothes were nowhere to be seen- well nowhere that I could see. My eyes too seemed distant and painful to open.
Ok, so this is my attempt at a scene setter for a gothic story, hope you like it. If you do please tell me and I might write a full gothic story. .
The last person on earth sits alone in a room. There's a knock on the door..
A mother and farther are going out for lovely meal and hire a babysitter ( she was so dum)it was bedtime so she took the children to their bedroom to go to bed .
I'm the most selfish person I know. I've become what I can't be. It's like a disease you can't change. The mood swings, the small things that set me off.
I don't want to spoil it... Along those lines though. But there's a back story which could be explained in flashbacks to suggest his reasoning...
I think I read or watched something similar about a man getting body parts to resurrect his daughter or lover not quite the same but similar
