For if you follow these rules, you will lead a better life, it took me a while to under stand the message, but if you type in "Mionicman love your enemies" she's made a brilliant video which shows exactly the passage means! Check some of other videos because he really does truly understand the meaning of each passage of the bible. Here is the quote-
