Let it be know that I, America Smith, am no writer. Nor do I have any sort of visible talent whatsoever. I know what it feels like to lead a unique life. One that stands beside others that leads successful lives. I wanted to change myself. I wanted to find love and a place where I was accepted. I tried many different ways to make myself satisfied. It all fired back at me.
My first solution was hygiene. I get my stench from my mother's side. Straight up BO! Deodorant, Perfume, shampoo, soap...all of the things I used regularly I doubled. Twice the amount, which eventually meant twice the $$$. I smelled like a human Yankee Candle! I smelled too good. I crossed Hygiene off the list.
Second solution, My Appearance. I have strawberry blond hair, that I am ashamed of. Why, you might ask? Well, I just don't like it! The way it hangs on my shoulders, so straight and dull. I pull it up ponytails...what every I can do... so... let's fix that. I grabbed my curling iron, plugging it in. Smiling to myself, I began curling and to tell you the truth, I loved the results, and I still do! I look sophisticated. Now make up...I use it all the time because I hate my face. I contour my nose and my cheeks, I wear foundation and Bronzer. But, now, I don't need that! I have always felt ashamed of my freckles and my honey hazel eyes. But now I look like a model! Appearance...check
I worked my way through everything I could do to change. And Now...to find a date!
I met a guy name Tyler Stewart. He's an artist, a singer, and a full time single dad. His daughter, Anjali, is adorable! She makes my want to sing a love song, and if I set my heart to it I just might.
I met Tyler at a food bank, donating food to the poor
