Hello again, and today is Sunday, December 30 2012. As a wise manager once said, “No, I'm not firing you. A good manager doesn't fire people. He hires people, then inspires people. People. And people will never go out of business.” This is important to remember for all those who have lost jobs in this bad economy. And important for those who are lucky enough to still have one. Just remember that it could always be much worse. You could have been born into poverty or with a disability that makes the day to day a physical struggle.
