75.The Nightmare

Hello again, and today is Thursday, November 29, 2012. Isn't is strange how out of all our dreams that nightmares are the most realistic. Not only that, but they show us our real fears. Not conscious, learned ones, but primordial ones from birth. Like the death of one's self, the death of a loved one, pain, etc. Similarly, these fears are rarely thought of but when they are, the emotion is strong. For instance, you may have a nightmare about being clubbed to death with a baseball bat. And before the bat can start to come down for its first swing, you wake up shivering in a cold sweat with fear. In fact I embrace nightmares so I feel the fear knot itself in me and coil like a cobra. But I want to have nightmares so that life feels like an eden without gratuitous death or pain.
