My name is Bethany Smith. I'm thirteen, but I know more than most adults. I mean way more. That's because I have a photographic memory and the ability to acknowledge tiny details that most overlook. Like the way the ground flattens when someone steps on it, or the way the snow hardens a day after it falls. Most adults would like me, too, if I didn't have a knack for finding trouble. It's not like a go looking for it. It usually finds me.
