Once upon a time, There was a lost man, In a forest covered in snow, Wandering around admiring the beauty, Of the prison he had found, He smiled and laughed as the trees shook, And the wet clouds fell off the leaves, Flew around him and landed by his feet,

A gap in the distance, With a light shinning through, The warmth of the sun calling and luring the man closer, A clearing bright and no longer white, The green is shown where the grass has grown, Moving forward, waving goodbye to the snow, Running down the hill with the wind in his hair,

Reaching the field below, Touching the bark of a green tree, Amazed at the wonder before his eyes, Looking across the fields, And seeing the orange and browns, As a leaf begins to fall,

Heading for the leaf, Aiming to catch it before it lands, With the leaf in hand, He closed his grip, And the leaf crumbles, Sad and horrified he looks down, To the leaves on the ground, Falling to his knees with remorse in his chest, A plant bursts forth, From the remains of natures death, Plants exploding from the ground all around,

Growing and stretching out, For the sky calling the sun, Consuming the light and soon, The sky falls down, And everything is once again, Covered in the wet clouds from the sky,

Smiling and laughing, The man closes his eyes, And enjoys the prison he has found.
