Lets be honest. When you see a photo on Facebook of a girl with cancer and it says "like this if you think she's beautiful" and you like it, you aren't liking it because you think she's beautiful. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to be beautiful when one has got a potentially fatal illness. Therefore, you are not liking said photo because you think the person is beautiful, you are liking it because it makes you like a better person. Its stupid and you're just falling for mass social media engineering. Its great that you feel sorry for said person, but you don't need to lie about your views.
* Finally Words: Firstly, I would quickly like to say that I don't believe for a minute that anyone doing this is personally at fault, they have just been socially pressured into something which in retrospect may be pointless. Secondly, I apologise of anyone finds this offensive. Nothing is to say someone with cancer can't be beautiful and cancer is a terrible affliction. But my view still stands. Take it an way you will.
