I'm lying here breathing Just so tired For a moment I imagined And you were here too

Cheek to the floor Eyes half closed You'd put your arm on me And I'd smile

Without you knowing I feel rather hollow Alone and small Exhausted yet yearning

For something I know Cannot be mine You're so far away A lover lost

But I can still dream For my mind has no bounds And you'll stand by me Your smile imprinted Onto every thought of happiness
