I am completely freezing,
Lying in a tent
Walked all day my feet hurt now
My energies totally sent
I have blisters on my feet,
The toilets just a tree
Heaven forbid in the night
I might have to pee.
My legs are really burning,
My muscles are all sore
Come daybreak tomorrow
I'll have to walk some more.
I'm spending my time writing,
Trying to keep warm
Right about this moment,
My heart is torn.
Should I give up now?
Go home to a nice warm bed?
Or should I just complete-
This hellish duke of ed!
