I couldn't stop staring at him. The new boy was sat on a table opposite mine at lunch. He had gorgeous black hair that was slightly spiked and golden eyes. I knew he was one of my kind, especially when he flashed me a smile, showing larger than normal canine teeth, I blushed and tried to get back into the conversation my two bffs Anna and Maia were having. " he's pretty cute isn't he AJ? " Maia laughed as she caught me staring at him, ( my name is really Andrea but AJ is my nickname ) " I heard his name was Aiden or something " . Anna whispered in our ears " apparently Kiera is after him! "
" hah Kiera! She doesn't have a chance, especially with AJ on the prowl " Maia snorted, " besides, I thought she was after James? " after that the conversation went blank as I saw him look at me and he looked like he had said " she's pretty cute ", so I gave him a wink before getting shaken out of my lovey-dovey daydream. " Ugh come on AJ, were going outside " Anna groaned and left the table.
