The rain comes down now, like it has been for days My work is over, but there is nowhere to play So I sit in my cave to play music of my age And think of the days that seem so very far away
Out in the sun Feet near the water Breaking a sweat And resting my mind there
Oh I can't wait to hear them say "Now school's out, Leave now, Go away."
