Copper hair plastered to your head as you blink through the rain, The flecks of verdant green in your eyes flicker as you smile.
Assessment- Record an interview in French.
Leaping up the steps, you laugh, As we find use for the time our french teacher gave us. Reaching out for the camera, trying to concentrate on work, But with an audience of our best friends, we hold back spluttered giggles.
We fight against the rain, as I tug you towards the trees that shelter our productivity. The drops lashing at our exposed skin as I hit the record button. "Bonjour," you start with a calm voice; eyes twinkling as I struggle to hold the camera.
But the video didn't matter, It was the fun it created, The people it brought together. The French lesson in Summer, When we were drowned by the downpour of our freedom.
