A switching of location Neither gone, nor lost At home with loved ones Never forgone or forgot
An extended vacation Where time has no bearing Watching earthly loved ones Whilst always caring
Checking in at the airport Boarding the flight A new type of adventure Bringing different insight?
Memories and experiences Presents left behind Hoping our loved ones Will cherish and find
Stepping out for a while So others may prosper Having played our part In what the Earth had to offer
Passing on the torch To family and friends This cycle begins Another cycle ends
Love is eternal Our hearts will mend Our paths will align again The journey never ends
