Hello everyone! It may seem that everyone (especially the youth) is on that book of faces on the Internet, Facebook. It may surprise you however when I say not all youngsters spend their evenings 1 inch away from the computer screen being dazzled by "that girl's" holiday snaps. In fact, I know quite a few people whom still qualify to be in that club "the younger generation" that do not have Facebook nor have an interest in getting it any time soon. If you are someone who shares this trait then this is for you really. Think of this as like ...a beginners guide to Facebook, or what you're "missing out" on. Are we ready for some famous quote from the Facebook newsfeed? Good!
"The weather's shit" - really (?) I can see that by looking out the window, I don't need you telling me smart-arse!
"Oh my god, I can't believe BGT! Who seen it?" - not me; I have 'a life'.
"I hate my life" - we all hate our lives but we don't post attention seeking status' every 5 minutes!
"38 people have sent you a request in Mafia-Cafè-Ville" - in no uncertain terms: please fuck off!
"Someone you've never met has tagged you in a picture claiming they love you" - remove me...now.
" Like for a paragraph" - when are Facebook gonna sort that 'dislike' button out?
"Just got up" - our lives are enriched and we feel invigorated and knowledgeable for learning that (!!!)
"So-&-so has listened to a song no one's ever heard of on Spotify" - that's so current (!)
All I can think of for now. Nevertheless, I'm sticking to Twitter!
