As we all know, today - the 4th of July - marks the American Independence Day - the day when they became independent from the rule of britannia. This, for the US, is a very special day. I bring the topic of independence up as sooner or later, there may well be another breakaway from the British empire.
Scotland constantly plead politically that they want independence from the United Kingdom, and be considered a completely separate country. This is something I believe we would have more reason to celebrate over Scotland. Let me put it like this: we would celebrate Scottish Independence Day by holding street parties up and down the land, funded by the money that we used to lend to Scotland to get them out of the financial trouble that they brought on themselves, that we no longer have to lend them anymore because they want nothing more to do with us. Yeah, I think the celebration is ours...
