Life is made of little things.
They seem like nothing,
Hiding behind our memories
Under a white veil.
But they give us peace.
Like tiny snowflakes singing in the wind.
They only live a few seconds,
Then disappear forgotten.
It is the little things that make a difference
Like a warm smile from a stranger
On a cold rainy day
Or a small gesture of kindness
When the world looks grey.
It is the little things you will remember
When you leave this world.
