The water trickles down the rocks I smile and hop to the next one The slippery moss tripping me a little But it doesn't matter- I'm having too much fun.

A mosquito buzzes by my ear I slap it and lean down A jade frog is croaking next to my stepping stone He looks almost like a clown!

I continue on with the rocks Watching birds fly from tree to tree Chirping as they go- it's so happy Yet I'm almost to the end of the stream.

I see my little brother waving to me He's at the last stone I smile and wave back Then I realize he's all alone.

I ask where Mom is He says back at camp I tell him there's a jade frog down a ways Off we go, down the rocks that are damp...
