25 January 2013
A roar after a whisper of smoke
Jeweled scales flashing in the starlight
Destroying with a beauty none could see
Pewter talons with droplets of blood
Eyes that paralyze all who gaze into the depths
Filled with a millenniums worth of lust and rage
Tables turn
Knowing that all is gone
It gives out a last brilliant burst of scorching flame
Taking down as many as possible
As the magnificent creature huffs out its last breath
The great dragon lays down its head
