Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts (chunks) 2tbs tikka masala paste 400ml tomato soup 1 onion (chopped)

Best served with: Rice

Method: 1. Heat the onion and chicken breasts in a pan until browned (6-7 mins) 2. Add the tikka masala paste into the pan of onion and chicken. 3. Add the tomato soup, stir thoroughly. 4. Leave for 15-20 minutes. 5. Cook the rice. 6. Serve with an optional topping of coriander. 7. Enjoy!!!
