A full day awaits me.
A new town with sun, sand and sea.
I need to make the most of this time.
Make new friends drinking wine.
Memories to be shared.
And experiences to be gained.
As we watch the sun rise.
Our day has come alive.
With life ever changing.
There's no use pretending.
Capitalise on this day anew.
Say to her, "I love you."
And as the sun begins to set.
Look back at today without regret.
Stare at the starry sky tonight.
Smile and laugh, awaiting tomorrows new daylight.
