A day of rest, And so it shall be. A day to relax, For both you and me.
We don't go to church, And don't consider that a sin. It's a day to ourselves, Before a new week begins.
No school or work to do, Nothing to get you down. A day for families, Where you forget how to frown.
So take heed and listen well, Make note of what I say. Embrace this sunrise, And celebrate all day.
