So last night's dinner didn't turn out as I wished it would - he was honest and upfront that things would never work out between us but we would still be friends...
While I think he may be seeing someone else already, I guess I have to walk away as a lover with dignity and preserve our relationship as friends.
Anyway, it was a nice amicable end but nevertheless a continuing journey with a new direction as friends.
I'm grateful for the wonderful people I've met who're still in my life and I would never want to give that up.
Life... C'est la vie...
