The screaming crazy lady Died on a dirty street. Homeless and abandoned. In search of her retreat.
No one cared for her, No one thought to bother, Until she was killed by An ill fated attacker.
Her name was Gail, But I didn't know that. She was just a crazy lady With a worn out hat.
Now she's a memory That amounts to a sum, Of a makeshift monument On the streets she slummed.
The mourners they came And the prayers obligate Solemn vows to make amends But for her, A day too little, A day too late.
