It's been about a week now. A week since that dreadful moment when the creepy clown lady picked my sister's name from the glass bowl and I had to participate in the Hunger Games. Tomorrow I'm heading to the arena. -Day One- Honestly, I expected them to treat us much worse. They feed us food about ten times a day!! I have probably gained 30 pounds, and I barely fit into my clothes. Luckily they have us all some new ones. -Day Two- Today at breakfast 1, they threw in some board games for us to play. Scrabble, Monopoly, Charades... We had fun. For some reason I never remembered seeing the people on tv like this. -Day Three- I won at Charades! Well, me and Peeta, the tributes from our District. As a reward we earned a Thanksgiving dinner, it was AMAZING. Peeta isn't lookin too hot anymore, though. -Day Five- So I told Peeta today that I thought he needed to shed a few pounds, when he said I was fatter than he. I'm going to go cry myself to sleep now. -Day Six- After what Peeta said, I'm going to stop eating. I only had a strawberry today, and Im starved! This will be hard! -Day Seven- Today.....Today when we went out there wasn't any food! We waited all day but nothing happened. We tried to save some leftovers we had stored but I didn't end up getting any at all. So since I didn't even get food yesterday, I NEED FOOD. NOW. -Day Eight- Still no food! I'm not sure why they decided to train us like this! I think maybe I'm losing a little bit of weight due to the fact they keep throwing in board games though. If they keep it up, they're gonna wanna have lots of them. Today, when Marvel pushed down on the little popper thing with the dice in it, he broke it. -Day Nine- I think some people are starting to get sick. We've all lost the weight we gained now. But IM SO HUNGRY!! They still make us play. When I won Monopoly, they made me eat diet pills.. What are they doing?? -Day Ten- I woke up and people were dead 0.0 this is the Hunger Games I remember!! It's just Peeta and I now. -Day Eleven- So here's a conversation that happened today: Me:Peeta... Do we have ANY food left? Peeta: Katniss, no... I'm sorry I called you fat. (he pokes my ribs) (President Snow walks in) Snow: Did I say you could stop?! Peeta: But we're so- Snow: No buts! Me: Were so hungry!!! Snow: PLAY MORE SCRABBLE!! Us: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
