You whisper in my ear As you hold me so near The rain coming down And it's you wearing the crown The king of humour Of gentleness and wit They all call you a "git" But they don't know you Just see what you do Actions speak louder than words While they just walk in herds They believe what they hear And ignore all that is near When you need them to understand what you say And you want to shout to the herds, "hey" But the sheep don't hear a thing Nothing that you say And try to change their minds But that won't happen today
(Don't know what happened with this poem ... Did not go the way I was expecting :))
