"Come on" Callum called so Anna made her way towards him in a crouch. When she found Callum, he was sitting in the darkest corner of the pit. He tied a belt around his ankle as he smiled at Anna.
"Hold onto the belt" He smiled.
"Cal, are you sure?" She replied.
His smile grew. "I've done this many times before, Anna. Have faith in me, young one."
She rolled her eyes again. "Why do you end up down here then?" Anna asked, taking hold of the belt.
"Rescuing damsels in distress" He grinned, crawling into a hole beside him.
Anna followed, the belt still in her hand. It took her a while to get in time with him but eventually she did it. His left foot, her left hand and she was in time.
"You'll love the guys" Callum finally said as the tunnel began to slope down.
Anna didn't reply, she was too busy trying not to fall into Callum.
"Why is this so steep?" She said through gritted teeth.
"It goes into the old mineshaft" He replied effortlessly.
He had done that too many times.
