In the world of Opussians A little kitten cried "I can't find my mummy" She hoped she hadn't died
The little kitten cried and cried "What if my mummy has died?" Kitten then realised "What a ridiculous thing, My mummy has nine lives"
Then suddenly popped up a man He was short and plump And as jolly as he possibly can He turned to kitten and asked, "may I help you?"
She didn't want his help at all Surely her mummy would call But she felt so lost And she needed her mummy at all costs
"I can't find my mummy, I don't know where I am" Kitten replied to the strange old man Smiling at her, the man just sighed "We'll find your mummy" he replied
She followed the man and they carried on walking And they passed creatures who were quietly talking They passed by stories and poems and books, Kitten decided she'd have a little look
"Opuss is a world of dreams" she read, "You can share your hopes or so it seems" She skipped slightly and read some more It said "just look for the open door"
The kitten had heard the story before Her mummy had told her about the door "Find the door and your dreams will come true, Your hopes and dreams will come to you"
