I was cursed. Cursed by the silence of my mind. Cursed by what I heard and the only thing I did hear was me. My mind was a very lonely place. No one understood this loneliness because ... well, because they could hear the beautiful world around them with their blinding eyes. They didn't see the world as beautiful and they certainly didn't think the noises were either. I've never heard the world, at all, until now. I just had an implant to help me hear again and, so far, I can. But just because I use sign language doesn't mean that I'm any less human. Everyone has their own way to communicate and that is mine. Now, open your eyes and listen out. The world is a beautiful place that, day by day, is being destroyed by us. The supposed "smartest" mammals. But sit back and listen and see the beauty for those who are deaf and those who are blind. See and hear the beauty for them. Open your eyes and realise that what you've got before you is actually pretty perfect...
------- This isn't real ... But the world is beautiful and slowly, we are destroying it. So I guess it is half true x
